Cancellations
"Orders" may be cancelled only
within 24 hours after your
order has been received by
us. It must be understood that
each piece is "Made to Order" and that we begin work on
each order on the first business day following receipt of the
order.
Return
Policy
Kittens
and Cats Jewelry wishes you to be satisfied with your purchase, but
we know that sometimes this is not the case. If you are not
completely satisfied, you can return your jewelry purchase, except
"Custom Orders" for a refund or an exchange within 30 days
from the date of delivery.
A
$20.00 re-stocking & handling fee is deducted from the total
original order amount. Any sales taxes (Florida residents) are refunded.
Items should be returned in well padded and
insured packaging. We are not responsible for items lost or
stolen in delivery.
Items that show signs of wear or have been resized
(by a jeweler), altered, engraved or damaged in any way
cannot be accepted for return.
We
will always honor our 30 day refund policy. It is a
question of our commitment to responsible business ethics and
behavior. We ask only that you make your choices wisely.

be sure to examine our galleries carefully before you make your purchases.

We
Guaranty our jewelry is 14 or 18 k gold & crafted by our expert
jewelers as shown in our galleries.
All
returned merchandise shipping costs is to be paid by the customer.
Your package must be insured for the full purchase price against loss
in transit, Via a trackable carrier, such as, UPS, FedEx & USPS.
Exceptions
Customer
ordering errors in ring sizing is not
covered, but efforts will be made to re-size such rings where
technically possible at a nominal cost.
"Custom
Orders" cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for any
reason. Engraved rings and or customer requests to change
existing pieces are considered "Custom Orders".
Exchanges
Exchanges
for non-custom orders are calculated as described above, refund
amounts or additional charges are calculated based on the different
values of the individual items. We honor exchanges for the same
30 Day Period after delivery.
How
to get a Refund or
Make
an Exchange
If
you are not satisfied with your non-custom
order you may return it for a Refund or Exchange within
30 days of receipt.
Just follow the instructions below:
1.
Send a prompt E-mail message to returns@kittensandcatsjewelry.com
within 30 days after your package is delivered. Include the
Invoice number and tell us wether you want to return your purchase
for an exchange or refund and why.
You
will receive an E-mail from us within 24 hours. This E-mail will
contain a RMA number (return merchandise authorization).
If
you don't receive a reply within 24 hours it probably means that we
did not receive your E-mail. Please Send it again.
2.
Send your properly packaged item(s) back to us. All returned
merchandise shipping costs is to be paid by the customer. And your
package must be insured for the full purchase price against loss in
transit, Via a trackable carrier, such as, UPS, FedEx & USPS.
The
package should clearly display the RMA number that was sent to you.
The RMA number should also be included inside the package.
The returned item(s) must be undamaged and in their original condition.
Please Note: You should NOT indicate on the package that
it
contains jewelry, diamonds or any other luxury related
items, as this invites theft.

package must be sent "Signature
Required."
Customers
and their shippers are financially responsible for insuring that
packages are not left without being signed for by a responsible
party. We will not be responsible for the loss of unsigned shipments.
3.
If you are requesting an exchange, just order the new item on-line
using the Order Form and mention the fact that it is an exchange in
the "Questions or Comments" part of the order form.
We
will process your new order after we have received the item that you
are returning.
We
will add any additional charges to your credit card or credit your
credit card account or send you a check for the difference depending
on what is appropriate in each individual case.
Refund
Summary
Shipping
& Insurance charges are not refundable.
Taxes
for Florida residents ARE refundable.
A
