Procedures, Policies and Fees



  Domestic Orders

  • We accept  PayPal, Bank & Certified Checks, Fax-a-Check & Money Orders from residents of the USA and Canada.  Personal and business checks from US residents are also welcome.

  • ALL orders must be prepaid before orders are filled.

  • We begin work on new orders on the first business day after payment is received and verified (Paypal, Bank Checks & Money Orders.) 

  • Personal & Fax-a-Check must clear the bank before orders are filled.

  • An E-mail will be sent to you detailing the charges with an estimated date that the orders will be shipped.

  • Orders are shipped, by U.S. Postal Service (USPS), within 2 weeks after payment is received and verified. Quality should not be compromised by rushing our artisans. We carry NO inventory, everything is made to order.

  • When your order is shipped, another E-mail will be sent to provide you with the Package Tracking Numbers & the web address where you can go to track your package.

  • For security reasons we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.  We ship only to verifiable physical home or business addresses where someone will be available to accept and sign a receipt for the package. Signatures are ALWAYS REQUIRED on all packages, no exceptions.

  • The USPS tracking system enables us and our customers to easily keep track of your package during the entire shipping process.   USPS Tracking is conveniently managed at http://www.usps.com. Customers receive a USPS tracking number by e-mail within 2 to 3 hours from the time your package is shipped.

  • Minimum charges on domestic orders is $20. This includes, shipping, handling & insurance.

  • Delivery may take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks. Times may be longer during major holidays, or when shipped to remote destinations.  Faster deliveries are available upon request for an additional charge.

  Foreign Orders

  • Foreign orders are also shipped as described above, Including Shipping, Handling & Insurance. Shipping costs vary depending on the country of destination and is calculated manually.  We will notify you by E-mail for your approval.

  • Such orders will be shipped after payment has cleared our bank in the USA.   Foreign payments should be paid by International Money Orders, American Express Travelers checks, denominated in US dollars. Payable to: "Kittens and Cats Jewelry"

  •   Important Note:

  • We are obliged to ship in accordance with the rules and regulations of the U.S. Postal Service and must abide by the customs and importation laws of the countries to which we ship. 

  • Foreign customers must accept responsibility for paying any required Tariffs or Import Duty Fees mandated by the governments in their home countries. 

  • We reserve the right to refuse to accept any orders that we consider questionable in terms of potential fraud.
